Terms & Conditions for the Civil Contractors New Zealand – Hawke's Bay East Coast Branch AGM

Registration Requirement:
All attendees must register in advance via the CCNZ Members Portal. Registrations are essential for catering purposes and must be submitted by 5pm, Friday 6th June 2025. This deadline cannot be extended due to catering requirements.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify the event organisers at HBEC@civilcontractors.co.nz as soon as possible. Due to catering arrangements, cancellations must be made by 5pm, Friday 6th June 2025.

Dietary Requirements:
All dietary requirements must be specified at the time of registration. Please include any food allergies, intolerances, or preferences when registering to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Personal Conduct and Behaviour:
As members of Civil Contractors New Zealand, we uphold high standards of professionalism and courtesy. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, constructive, and professional manner throughout the event. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event at the discretion of the organisers.
